Logistics Spaces invests $37 mn for logistic park in India

Developer of an industrial and logistic park Logiy Spaces has partnered with AA Holdings to spend USD $ 37 million on a new project at Narasapura, Karnataka (around Rs 3 billion).

Logiy Spaces to invest USD $ 37 million in the construction of a 1 million sq ft industrial and logistics park.

It is anticipated that the project will be finished by September 2023.

One of the largest industrial areas in Karnataka, Narasapura is well connected to important towns and highways including Kolar, Malur, Hoskote, Bangalore, Chennai, Chittoor, and NH 4. It is under the district authority of Kolar.
