Dholera to Welcome Its First Five-Star Hotel with Marriott

SmartHomes Infrastructure has partnered with Marriott Hotels to introduce the first-ever five-star hotel in Dholera, Gujarat. This landmark project marks a significant step towards enhancing the region’s hospitality and tourism sector.

Marriott’s upcoming 200-room luxury hotel, The Courtyard, will be located at the Dholera International Plaza, a modern development aimed at transforming Dholera Smart City into a premier business, tourism, and leisure hub. Strategically positioned near the Dholera International Airport, the hotel is expected to cater to both domestic and international travellers, boosting the city’s connectivity and appeal.

As Dholera progresses towards becoming India’s largest semiconductor and industrial hub under the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC), the need for premium hospitality services has risen. The Courtyard by Marriott will address this demand by offering world-class accommodation and services tailored for business executives, industry professionals, and tourists.

The hotel will be an integral part of the Dholera International Plaza, a multi-purpose development featuring premium showrooms, corporate offices, and recreational facilities. This integration aims to create a vibrant centre for business and leisure, further positioning Dholera as a key destination for investors and visitors alike.

India’s hospitality sector has seen rapid growth, fuelled by increasing urbanisation, infrastructure development, and a growing demand for luxury accommodations in emerging business corridors. The establishment of a five-star hotel in Dholera signals confidence in the city’s potential as a future economic powerhouse.

Dholera Smart City, envisioned as India’s first greenfield industrial smart city, is attracting significant investment in infrastructure, real estate, and technology-driven industries. With its strategic location, state-of-the-art facilities, and growing business ecosystem, the city is set to become a major hub for high-tech manufacturing, logistics, and innovation.
