Shri Nitin Gadkari inaugurates two National Highway projects

The Union Minister for Road, Transport, and Highways, Shri Nitin Gadkari, officially opened two National Highway projects in Lucknow, speeding up the development of Uttar Pradesh.

Deputy Chief Minister Shri Brajesh Pathak, Union Minister of State Shri Kaushal Kishore, State Ministers Shri Jitin Prasad, Shri Aseem Arun, Member of Parliament Shri Subrat Pathak, MP Dr. Ashok Bajpai, and other MPs, MLAs, and officials were also present. The Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Shri Yogi Adityanath, was also in attendance.

One of the major cities in the nation is Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. In Lucknow, two national highway projects worth more than $33 billion have been officially opened. The Madiyav-I.I.M. of Lucknow-Sitapur segment of National Highway 24 is part of the project that was officially opened.

The freshly built 4-lane elevated roadway at the bridge was finished six months before schedule. This will improve communication between Lucknow and Sitapur, avoid congested areas like Jankipuram Extension and Bhitauli Tiraha, and save more than 30 minutes of time and fuel. It would be made easier for pilgrims to travel to Chandrika Devi and Naimisharanya.
