The occupancy of flights operated by the main scheduled carriers on November 17 were above 90%.
It was settled with Wilmington Trust SP Services (Dublin) Limited and Aircastle (Ireland).
This settlement follows two other major financial resolutions for the airline.
SpiceJet was placed under enhanced surveillance on September 13, 2024.
The airline also confirmed that it had successfully reached settlements with several lessors.
The court also asked the airline to file an affidavit listing out its assets.
The QIP attracted a diverse range of institutional investors and funds, including Goldman Sachs.
