Tyre Industry Seeks Ban on Scrap Tyre Imports Amid Surge

The Automotive Tyre Manufacturers Association (ATMA) has urged the government to impose an immediate ban on waste tyre imports, citing a more than fivefold increase since FY21 and growing environmental concerns.
