Omega Seiki & Orbitsys to boost green mobility dealership operations

Electric vehicle manufacturer Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) announced its collaboration with Orbitsys Technologies to streamline and enhance efficiency across its EV dealership operations. Through this partnership, Orbitsys Technologies will provide comprehensive support for Omega Seiki Mobility's sales and after-sales services across all electric passenger and commercial vehicle segments, leveraging its fully integrated cloud-based Dealer Management System (DMS), as stated by OSM.

The DMS is designed to manage capacity, handle spare parts logistics, and act as a unified platform for gathering customer feedback for both electric passenger and commercial vehicles, OSM explained.

Uday Narang, Founder & Chairman, Omega Seiki Mobility, emphasised the importance of adopting advanced technology-driven solutions to expand their reach effectively. He stated, "With over 200 OSM dealerships nationwide, our aim is to establish a strong presence in retail. A robust technology-driven dealer management system will enhance our capabilities, services, and outreach to a wider customer base."

Harvinder Pal Singh, CBO, Orbitsys, highlighted the significance of this collaboration in enhancing operational performance across EV industry stakeholders including dealerships, distributors, and manufacturers.
