Modi tells MPs Viksit Bharat Agenda will continue

Before his swearing-in ceremony at Rashtrapati Bhawan, Prime Minister-designate Narendra Modi hosted a tea reception for the newly elected Members of Parliament and prospective council of ministers. He instructed the leaders to draft a 100-day action plan and implement it as quickly as possible. Modi complimented each and every MP while cautioning them not to allow outside influences to affect them at work.
After attending the tea meeting at 7, Lok Kalyan Marg, BJP MP-elect Manohar Lal Khattar mentioned that there is a customary practice by Narendra Modi where he invites individuals to his residence for a tea meeting, specifically those he intends to include in his cabinet. He indicated that certain formalities were required, which he has now completed. He stated that he has been requested to remain in Delhi for the next 24 hours. He also noted the presence of Rao Inderjit Singh and Krishan Pal Gurjar at the meeting.
JP leader Ajay Tamta expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to collaborate with the Prime Minister, acknowledging the support of the BJP, the constituents who voted for him, and the Prime Minister. He pledged to dedicate his efforts to advancing any tasks assigned to him with the utmost vigour.
BJP MP-elect Giriraj Singh conveyed his appreciation to PM Modi for entrusting him with responsibility. He mentioned a prior discussion regarding the transformation of India into a 'Viksit Bharat', emphasising the significance of every department rather than any specific portfolio.
