Modi Cabinet 2.0: List of ministers and their portfolios

Prime Minister Narendra Modi supervised the swearing-in of 43 ministers (new and seven promotions to the cabinet rank) and dropped 12 ministers (seven cabinet and five state ministers).

The office of the President announced the revised list of portfolios. The new Ministry of Cooperation was organised, which would be headed by the Home Minister Amit Shah. Modi will remain the head of the following:

Department of Space
All the significant policy issues
