YEIDA announces group housing plot scheme

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has launched an enticing group housing plot scheme, welcoming applications for plots in Sector 22-D, Greater Noida. The application process commenced on September 28, 2023, and offers plots in six distinct categories.

The reserved prices for these plots, inclusive of Preferential Location Charges (PLC), have been set within the range of Rs 61.50 crore to Rs 135.3 crore. As part of the application procedure, applicants are required to submit a registration amount ranging from Rs 6.15 crore to Rs 13.53 crore.
