Trevoc Eyes ?1,000 Crore from Gurgaon Luxury Project

Trevoc Group is anticipating revenue of ?10 billion from its luxury residential project, Trevoc Royal Residences, located on Gurgaon’s Golf Course Road. The project will feature 172 high-end apartments, designed for those seeking a premium living experience.

ASK Property Fund, part of the Blackstone-backed ASK Asset & Wealth Management Group, is investing ?1.2 billion in the development, while Trevoc is contributing ?800 million.

The two-acre plot for the project was acquired by Trevoc in an auction held by Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) for ?1.2 billion in Sector 56.
