Trehan group launches plotted housing project at Bhiwadi

At Bhiwadi in Rajasthan, real estate company Trehan Group has begun construction on the 150-lot Trehan Vivanta housing development project.

In this project, which spans roughly 14 acres, the firm will develop an internal road, club, swimming pool, joggers park, and other amenities.

Price brackets for the plots range from Rs 35 lakh to Rs 75 lakh. The sizes of the plots range from 130 square yards to 309 square yards.

The first round of plots have been sold to local contractors who will build apartments on them and then resell them to consumers. Prices for apartments would begin at Rs 13 lakh and go up from there.

The Bhiwadi region is home to numerous factories. The company therefore anticipates that workers in these manufacturing plants will snap up the plots and apartments built by builders.

The Rajasthani cities of Alwar, Bhiwadi, Tapukara, and Neemrana all have projects from Trehan Group that are either finished or in the planning stages.
