One Group Developers has secured RERA approval for its luxury residential project, The Saavira, in Sector 48, Sohna Road, Gurugram. This development marks the company's entry into the high-end luxury housing segment in the region, with an estimated sales potential of Rs 4 billion.

The Saavira will feature a 25-story high-rise tower comprising 72 premium 3.5 and 4.5 BHK residences. The development is being constructed on land allocated by the Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) and is scheduled for completion by 2031.
