Telangana RERA issues notices to violating properties

The Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) of Telangana, under the leadership of Chairman N Satyanarayana, has taken action against three properties in the city by issuing show cause notices for violations of the RERA Act. These properties have been given a 15-day window to respond to the notices.

Among the properties served with notices is Swargaseema Sandalwood Farms Private Limited, located in Cherukupally near Shadnagar, for the improper sale of residential plots under the name Swargaseema Suketana. The company had also engaged in extensive publicity without obtaining the necessary RERA registration.

Furthermore, the JLL office situated in Salarpuria Sattva Knowledge Park in Madhapur has received a notice for conducting real estate activities without securing RERA registration. Additionally, the promoter is facing a show cause notice for advertising without displaying the registration details despite having obtained RERA registration.

Similarly, the Constella project located at ORR Exit 14 in Maheshwaram has been issued a show cause notice for failing to register on the website and omitting the registration number from their advertisements, despite possessing RERA registration.

Chairman N Satyanarayana emphasised the importance of real estate dealers earning the confidence of buyers by complying with the RERA Act and obtaining the requisite registration, ensuring transparency and adherence to regulatory standards.
