Omaxe posts net loss of Rs 1.46 Bn in Q1 FY25

Omaxe has reported net consolidated loss after tax of Rs 1.46 billion during the quarter ended June 30, 2024. It had registered loss after tax of Rs 1.06 billion in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing.

The company's net consolidated total income stood at Rs 3.85 billion in Q1 FY25, a growth of 74.43 per cent from Rs 2.20 billion it recorded in the similar quarter last year.

The board of directors approved re-appointment of Nishal Jain as non-executive & woman independent directors of the company for a second term of five consecutive years with effect from November 4, 2024.
