Oberoi Group unveils Trident Residences in New Delhi

Trident Residences has been launched by the Oberoi Group in New Delhi. The 19 bespoke luxury flats in the city center will offer a one-of-a-kind urban living experience. The apartment sizes range from 3600 to 9,300 square feet.

The project is envisioned as an exclusive community with beautiful surroundings, opulent amenities, and a la carte services. Trident Residences, located near The Oberoi in New Delhi and overlooking Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, will have a landscape garden with a contemporary waterbody and lounging places on its rooftop.

Architecture Discipline and award-winning principal architect Akshat Bhatt created Trident Residences.

A concierge, lobby manager, conference rooms, a fitness center, 24-hour security, centralized maintenance, and other amenities will be available. Apartment owners also get access to the business center, as well as priority reservations and restaurants at The Oberoi.
