Lucknow Development Body Extends Flat Registration Deadline to March 31

The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has announced an extension of the deadline for registering vacant flats under various housing schemes, now set for March 31. This decision is aimed at providing prospective buyers with additional time to secure homes in the city's housing projects. An LDA official encouraged interested applicants to complete their registrations within the new timeframe.

For further information, applicants are advised to visit the official LDA website or contact the office directly.

Currently, around 2,170 flats remain vacant across 22 LDA housing societies.

The vacant apartments are located in the following buildings: Parijat Apartment (23), Panchsheel Apartment, Gomti Nagar (30), Srishti Apartment, Smriti Apartment (Sec-J) Jankipuram (122), Sargam (10), Sopan Enclave Phase-2 (121), Srijan Apartment (12), Anubhuti Apartment (64), Deepshikha Apartment (28), Madha (30), Bharni Apartment (16), Ashlesha Apartment (132), Phalguni (07), Sunrise Apartment (64), Shravan Apartment (119), Purna (17), Kabir Apartment Devpur Para (1043), Swati (01), Ratan Lok Apartment (179), Rashmi Lok (87), Adhra (45), and Aishbagh Heights (72).
