This 1000 square yard holiday home is set in Dubai’s Urban Sprawl, District One. With 9000 square feet built-up area, this space is created by Sanjyt Singh to be a home away from home that exudes its own stylish and young personality.


The house is primarily divided into two parts, the ground floor treated formal or commonplace to entertain guests or casual family gathering. While the first floor is a completely private area with bedrooms and a family lounge accompanied by a pantry.

Attention to detail in décor 


This holiday home in Dubai showcases trademark attention to detail and a passion for luxury. Inspired by the hallmarks of Brutalist Interior Design, this space is a perfect mix of grandeur, glam, geometric forms and repetitive patterns. Allowing for maximum natural light into space gives the space a bright and airy look and makes the home seem larger. The guiding factor of this space is the Brutalist interior inspired artwork.


 Furthermore, to add a glamorous touch to the home, accents like modern décor pieces, striking artworks, stylish carpets and fresh flowers have been introduced.

The informal lounge 


In a perfect setting of the informal lounge, the lounge is one with comfortable furniture made of the finest materials and impeccable finishes. A classic contemporary style, using a mix of colours and pattern uplift the vibe of the room. Stylish light fixtures and décor pieces add character to space.

The home office 


Treated as a highlight for this home, the home office is designed with a minimalistic approach that is simple, efficient, create a good workflow and provides a formal look to space. It is a dedicated space within an enclosed room with work and as well as comfortable seating. a mix of overhead lighting and lamps help create a well-lit space, which is ideal for a good working environment. An ergonomic chair, which is adjustable, offers good back support and is comfortable. The desk is overlooking the landscaped lawn which provides a soothing view.
