Hines to foray into Mumbai with an office space

Hines, a US-based real estate investment firm, has entered the Mumbai market and plans to build an office building with 900,000 sq ft of leasable space. In India, Hines has completed two commercial projects totalling 1.4 million sq ft in Gurugram: 'One Horizon Center' and 'Skyview Corporate.' The company has withdrawn from both of these projects. It currently has more than 16 million square feet of development in Bengaluru, Delhi-NCR, and Pune. Hines has reportedly entered the Mumbai office market with a new development that will include a 30-story grade A office building.
