Embassy Group to build commercial space in Bengaluru

Real estate developer Embassy Group is set to develop Embassy Zenith, a Grade-A commercial space in Bengaluru.

The development will be a project managed by Mac Charles (India), the previous owners of the former Le Méridien Hotel – Embassy Group purchased a 73.4% stake in the company in 2016.

Embassy Zenith will be built along Sankey Road and will cover a total area of 2.27 acres with a total leasable area of approximately 5.5 lakh sq ft.

Andy Fisher Workshop from Singapore will design the project. Construction is expected to begin in the third quarter of the fiscal year 2021-2022 and be completed by December 2023.

Embassy Group was founded in 1993 by Jitu Virwani, Chairman and Managing Director of the company. The company has built over 62 million sq ft of commercial, residential, retail, hospitality, services, educational, and industrial warehouse space across the country and has a land bank of over 1,000 acres.

Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Coimbatore, Trivandrum, Serbia, and Malaysia are among the Indian and international markets where the operation is active.
