Ahluwalia sees a 9% increase after bagging contract

After announcing that it had received a fresh contract worth Rs 1.5 billion, Ahluwalia Contracts (India) saw a 9.12 percent increase to Rs 454.40.

The order includes building the Amity Campus Bengaluru, according to a filing made by the civil construction company. Ritnand Salved Education Foundation granted the order.

The business reported that it received Rs 8.63 billion in orders overall for the FY 2022–23.

The project portfolio of Ahluwalia Contracts includes work on hotels, institutional buildings, corporate offices, hospitals, residential and commercial complexes, information technology (IT) parks, and industrial complexes.

In spite of a 4 per cent decline in operating revenue to Rs 7.30 billion in Q4 FY22 compared to Q4 FY21, the company recorded a 14.3 per cent increase in net profit to Rs 42.34 crore on a consolidated basis.
