Amount to be raised, and utilisation plans: Having received most of the clearances, we are in the advanced stages of filing our DRHP. As for pending clearances, we are expecting them anytime soon.

Current order book and utilisation plans, total operating assets: Under HAM, we already have an order book of close to Rs 4,000 crore. Going forward, the company will be evaluating both HAM, in which the company already holds a significant market share, and EPC, where we are likely to bid for some large state road projects. Apart from this, the company will be participating in TOT projects, for which a couple of packages were announced recently and are likely to be bid upon in the next two to three months. Here, bundling of toll plazas will be done and money will be paid upfront under the TOT concept, which is our company¦s forte. A TOT individual package should be close to Rs 2,000-3,000 crore (per package) and HAM in the range of Rs 10,000 crore.
