Developers offering offers to woo buyers this festive season

The festival season is the time when developers offer many offerings and freebies to attract buyers and push their selling. On the other hand buyers consider festival season as an auspicious time to own a property. Like every year, this year also developers are offering many gifts or offers to woo buyers across Delhi- NCR.

“We are seeing developers in the NCR offer their buyers free wardrobes in each bedroom, modular kitchen with RO, free 32 inch LED television set an even fully furnished homes among other things. A few developers are offering free gold coins, international vacations, etc. Direct discount on the basic selling price is also on offer apart from offers of free maintenance for a year, free car parking, etc. Clearly, developers are prepared for the festive season rush and we will have to see if buyers take the bait,” says Sachin Sandhir, Global Managing Director-Emerging Business, RICS.

This festive season, many factors like status of affordable housing, implementation of policies like RERA, GST, REITs and FDI are going to work in favour of the real estate sector.

BLR Airport crosses 41 million passengers, 500,000 MT cargo
