315Work Avenue leases 80,000 sq ft office space in Bengaluru

315Work Avenue, a co-working space provider, has leased approximately 80,000 sq ft of commercial office space in Bengaluru's Indiranagar neighbourhood, according to a press release. Around 1,500 people will be able to sit in the centre.

Manas Mehrotra, founder of the company, told the media that flexible workspaces are in high demand because they perfectly fit the new normal, allowing businesses to save money, increase productivity, improve employee experience, and provide flexibility.

As businesses transition from traditional spaces to modern, flexible spaces, the hybrid-friendly workforce model has gained traction.

Over the next six months, the company plans to add another 5 lakh sq ft of office space.

315Work Avenue currently manages 20,000 seats across multiple locations in Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Pune, totalling 1 million sq ft.
