This transformative agreement is poised to strengthen the product portfolio and distribution network of the Ammann Group while allowing Volvo CE to focus on sustainable solutions and future technologies and services in alignment with its strategic direction.

The transaction, expected to be finalised in the first half of 2024, encompasses the transfer of Volvo CE's paving businesses in Linyi (China) and Bangalore (India), along with the ABG facility in Hameln (Germany).

The strategic move aligns with both companies' commitment to providing comprehensive and innovative solutions to the construction industry.

The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and works council consultations, reflecting a meticulous approach to ensure a smooth transition. The agreement underscores the commitment of both companies to strategic collaboration and the continued evolution of their respective businesses in the global construction equipment market.
