Bobcat launches its first light compaction line

With the introduction of nine new machines for contractors in the building, roadwork, and landscaping industries, Bobcat Company has increased its offering of light compaction equipment.

According to Travis Kidder, Senior Product Specialist, Bobcat, "Bobcat's light compaction equipment was created for jobs in small spaces, requiring efficient compaction with a focus on operator comfort." "We have a product that will fit any of your light compaction needs," the company claims.

Rammers, forward plate compactors, reversible plate compactors, and trench rollers are all part of the complete line of Bobcat light compaction products. This light compaction line is designed to meet the compaction needs on almost all job sites and can be used in a variety of applications.

Kidder pointed out that each machine has unique advantages in terms of manoeuvrability, power, and fuel economy.

This new lineup is anticipated to be straightforward to use and simple to maintain. With the exception of the trench roller, every machine has an optional vibration-activated hour metre that tracks working hours and alerts the user when maintenance needs to be done. There are optional transport wheels that can be used to move the machine around the jobsite without the use of any tools. To set the wheels into place and move, you release the latch.
