Major projects include the Rs 6.47 billion City Side Development of Ahmedabad Airport, Rs 4.11 billion Adani Medicity & Research Center, and multiple residential and institutional developments at Shantigram and Asarva Civil Hospital. The company has also won an Rs 1.20 billion street development project and several smaller contracts.
