Agartala Smart City has secured a Rs 1.16 billion agreement under CITIIS 2.0 to enhance Integrated Solid Waste Management. At the Asia-Pacific RRR Regional Conference in Jaipur, the initiative aims to transform Agartala into one of India’s cleanest cities. Selected among 18 cities after rigorous evaluation by the EU and India, the project will be implemented over two years.
