Hitachi Power Semiconductor Device (HPSD), a Hitachi group company, and Sagar Semiconductors (Sagar Semi) inked a MoU for high-power devices. The company is planning to set up a manufacturing facility to produce high-voltage semiconductors. The facility will have the capacity to produce 100 million units a year. This will be one of India’s first end-to-end integrated semiconductor factories.
