DEC Infrastructure has emerged as the lowest bidder for the project to construct the Central Vista Redevelopment Project, which will house the National Security Council Secretariat, India House, the Cabinet Secretariat, and the Prime Minister's Office (PMO). DEC has provided a quote of approx.Rs.11.89 billion, or 10.44 per cent less than the Rs.13.28 billion cost estimated by the Central Public Works Department (CPWD), which includes five years' worth of upkeep and cleaning.
