PRIME COATING

TechnoNICOL India has launched Bitumen Prime Coating, a combination of oil bitumen and specially selected organic solvents. It has high penetration ability and short drying time. The Bitumen Prime Coating is used for preparing (priming) substructures (concrete slab, cement-sand screed, etc) before waterproofing with a self-adhesive or other waterproofing materials. Its consumption is of 0.25-0.35 l per sq m depending on the surface type.

At temperature below +5°C, it can withstand mastic in a warm room for at least 24 hours. Its drying time under standard conditions is not more than 12 hours.
