Macrotech Developers, the Mumbai-based real estate firm behind the Lodha brand, has acquired seven land parcels across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Pune, and Bengaluru to develop housing projects with an estimated revenue potential of Rs 166 billion. Gujarat auctions 25 major and 2,280 minor mineral blocks
The Gujarat government has successfully auctioned 25 major mineral blocks and 2,280 minor mineral blocks, issuing Letters of Intent (LoIs) to eligible leaseholders during a ceremony marking ‘Entrepreneurship Day’.
