Recently Maharashtra budget outlined its plan to prioritise infrastructure in a big way indicating it’s intention and agenda for development. Along with the ongoing infrastructure works in Mumbai, which include Metro, Coastal Road, Mumbai Trans-Harbour Link Project, Virar-Alibaug multimodal corridor and sewage treatment plants among others.

Chintan Patel is a Partner in KPMG and leads ‘Building, Construction and Real Estate’ practice in India.

Having a  masters degree in urban design from the University of Michigan and a bachelors degree in architecture from Sir J. J. College of Architecture, Mumbai.
