JODHPUR VIDYUT VITRAN NIGAM LTD. has released a tender for the Design, survey, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, operation & maintenance for 25 years (unless extended by both the parties on mutual agreement) from COD of grid connected solar power plants through RESCO mode, its associated 33kV OR, 11kV line to connect the plant with various 33/11kV sub-stations and RMS of solar power plants in VARIOUS subdivisions of HANUMANGARH Division Under HANUMANGARH Circle- Under PM-KUSUM.

Detailed site survey
Execution of land lease agreement applicable for 26 years, which includes 9 months project commissioning period (unless extended by both the parties on mutual agreement) between Land-Owner/Farmer and Solar Power Plant Developer on non-judicial stamp of applicable value for Rajasthan State and development of the land for the solar power project; (Note: In case of any dispute between the Land-Owner/ Farmer and the Bidder/ Solar Power Plant Developer, JDVVNL shall NOT take any responsibility on any dispute resolution or in any kind of discussions). Design, supply and installation of solar power plant near the concerned 33/11 kV substation of DISCOM, in line with requirements under MNRE guidelines; Supply and erection of associated 33 kV OR, 11kV line (as the case may be) connecting the solar power plant with concerned 33/11 kV substation (including bay, breakers and Detailed site survey; Testing and commissioning of plant & associated 33kV OR, 11kV line (as the case may be) by designated official(s) of JDVVNL Construction of control room or any other relative civil work (at the plant end) essential for Commissioning of Project.

Operation & maintenance of the solar power plant as well as 33kV / 11kV line (as the case may be) for 25 years (unless extended by both the parties on mutual agreement) from COD.

Injection of power at delivery point for 25 years at the awarded levelized tariff (Rs. per kWh) (inclusive of applicable taxes incl. GST, duties, etc.), extendable on mutual agreement.

The delivery point for solar power plant(s) having installed capacity upto 2.55 MWp shall be 11kV side and for installation capacity above 2.55 MWp, delivery point shall be 33kV side of the concerned 33/11 kV GSS of DISCOM.

Remote Monitoring of installed solar power plant through RMS for 25 years (unless extended by both the parties on mutual agreement).metering system at substation) as per design and specifications of DISCOM / MNRE / CEA

Both hard copy submission and online submission of scanned copy of the above documents is essential otherwise the bid (Technical Bid & Financial Bid) in electronic form will not be opened for that bidder.
