Team Marksmen has bestowed the prestigious title of Most Preferred Workplace of 2023-24 upon NTPC Ltd., India's leading power generator. This serves as a testament to NTPC's exceptional achievements across various domains. On June 23, International Women in Engineering Day is observed worldwide to honour and acknowledge the accomplishments of women in the field of engineering. At IIT Madras, there are several women professors who have garnered recognition for their exceptional contributions to research. Telangana takes pride in having five of its iconic building structures recognised as winners of the esteemed 'International Green Apple Awards for Beautiful Buildings'. Nizam-era Moazzam Jahi market won in the heritage category; cable-stayed hanging bridge over Durgam Cheruvu won for its unique design; Dr BR Ambedkar Telangana State Secretariat building won for aesthetically designed office building; Integrated Command and Control Centre of police won in unique office category; and Yadagirigutta Narasimha Swamy temple won in excellent religious structures category.
