Adani Green Energy establishes 4 subsidiaries for RE power ventures

Adani Green Energy has established four step-down subsidiaries, namely Adani Renewable Energy Sixty, Adani Renewable Energy Sixty Two, Adani Renewable Energy Sixty Three, and Adani Renewable Energy Sixty Four. Each of these entities possesses an authorised and paid-up share capital of Rs 1 lakh.

In a regulatory disclosure made, Adani Green Energy reported that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Adani Renewable Energy Holding Nine, has successfully incorporated these four wholly-owned subsidiaries on December 18.

The newly formed entities are Adani Renewable Energy Sixty (ARE60L), Adani Renewable Energy Sixty Two (ARE62L), Adani Renewable Energy Sixty Three (ARE63L), and Adani Renewable Energy Sixty Four (ARE64L).

As outlined in the filing, the primary objective of these subsidiaries is to engage in the generation, development, transformation, distribution, transmission, sale, and supply of various forms of power or electrical energy, utilising wind, solar, or other renewable sources of energy.

The registration of these new subsidiaries has been completed with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, located in Ahmedabad.
