Kerala govt urges for CGD in Kochi

The Kerala Government has urged the Union Petroleum Ministry to fast-track the implementation of the City Gas Distribution (CGD) project in Kochi. The government has ensured its support including single window clearance for the realisation of the project. Both the Kerala Government and GAIL India want early implementation of the CGD project in Kochi as GAIL is laying pipeline for Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) distribution in the state.
