Union Minister Sarbananda Sonowal recently conducted a review meeting focused on the progress of Northeast Frontier (NF) Railway’s development projects in Assam and the Northeast region. These projects, pivotal to enhancing connectivity and regional development, are expected to significantly improve logistics, promote economic growth, and boost sustainable infrastructure in the region.

The meeting highlighted several critical infrastructure upgrades, including expanding rail networks, modernizing facilities, and improving freight logistics. Sonowal emphasized the importance of adhering to project timelines and maintaining quality standards, urging all stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
