PowerGrid Acquires Two SPVs from PFC

PowerGrid Corporation of India Limited (PowerGrid) has successfully acquired two Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) from PFC Consulting Limited (PFCCL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Power Finance Corporation (PFC).
