KEC International secures Rs 10 bn domestic infrastructure contracts

KEC International, an infrastructure company, disclosed that it had secured new orders exceeding Rs 10 billion in the domestic market. The orders encompass residential projects by various real estate developers in northern and southern India. The company stated that these orders also entail the construction of official residences and associated amenities for defence officers.

Its civil business has amassed orders totaling Rs 10.02 billion.

Vimal Kejriwal, the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of KEC International, expressed satisfaction with the new orders in the civil business, including the largest order in the residential segment. He remarked that the civil business is experiencing exponential growth, evident in the substantial repeat orders acquired from existing clients across diverse segments.

KEC International, an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firm, operates globally in the infrastructure sector. The company is engaged in various verticals such as cables, solar, oil and gas pipelines, railroads, civil and urban infrastructure, and power transmission and distribution.
