Holding Private Ltd sold shares of IRB Infrastructure Developers worth 14.44 billion in a bulk deal on NSE. The promoter group entity sold 225 million shares at 64 apiece. In March 2024, IRB Holding held a 33.2% stake in the company. In a separate deal, Nomura India Investment Fund bought shares of IRB Infrastructure Developers worth 2.56 billion on BSE.
