INH Mauritius, an investment entity, has entered into an agreement to divest its 49% equity stake in JM Financial Credit Solutions Limited (JMFCS) to JM Financial Group for approximately Rs 30 billion. JMFCS, a subsidiary of JM Financial Group, specialises in providing diverse credit solutions, including structured finance, loan syndication, and debt capital markets advisory services.
