Action Construction Equipment (ACE), one of India’s leading material handling and construction equipment manufacturing companies has continuously been one of the major exhibitors at the much-coveted Excon 2019, South Asia’s largest trade fair in the construction equipment and material handling sector. ACE, already established as the No. 1 crane brand of India, unveiled its latest product range and shared their vision for the coming year at the recently concluded Excon, as it completes 25 years of lifting India’s growth in January 2020.
Taking forward from the phenomenal rise the company witnessed in FY2018-19 and optimistic about the proactive policies of the current government, ACE aims to become an industry leader in the construction equipment sector by 2025. With the boost provided by a spate of infrastructure projects across the length and breadth of India, the company seeks to capitalize on the growing opportunities with a broader portfolio of products and businesses. The company is also focused on enhancing operational efficiencies and contributing towards sustainability initiatives in the years ahead.
Excon 2019, held in Bengaluru between December 10-14, was based on the theme “Smart i-Tech–Next Gen India @75” and focused on the important role played by smart technologies and innovation in the design required for manufacturing of next-generation construction equipment and machinery to support the rapid pace of infrastructure development in India. The event will provide a real on-ground experience for ACE as the company is representing and displaying the latest advancements in equipment for the construction sector. At the event, ACE launched its latest range of foundation equipment, the ACE-Sunward Rotary Piling Rigs and NextGen NX-series Cranes including the NX360° full slew cum Pick ‘N’ Carry (15 tonne) Crane and NXP-150 Pick ‘N’ Carry Crane cum aerial work platform (AWP), which is hydraulically operated from the top. The Next Gen cranes are the latest addition in ACE’s product portfolio with the unique distinction of having been manufactured completely in-house by the company. ACE has also filed a patent for the NX-series cranes and expects them to be a game-changer in the global pick-and-carry crane segment.
The company also unveiled its newly introduced higher capacity truck-mounted cranes TM450 and TM550. It’s recently launched the All-New AX 124 backhoe loader was also on display at the trade show. Targeting markets in the Middle East, South America, and Africa, this heavy-duty machine comes with improved hydraulic pumps, and advanced structured loader arms to give higher breakout force while digging or loading materials from heaps or stockpiles, thereby enhancing productivity by 10-15 percent. Other popular lines of equipment including motor graders, tower cranes, tandem rollers, forklifts, crawler cranes and soil compactors also had a prominent presence at the expo.

Excon 2019 turned out to be an excellent show for the company as it witnessed a huge footfall, registered high number of customer inquiries and booked good number of orders in all product categories exhibited at the show.
