Eclectic factory kitchen by Aster Cucine

Ottimo, the design studio for Italian furniture and interiors brings to India, the Factory kitchen collection by Italian kitchen maker Aster Cucine.

Inspired by industrial spaces and lofts, the Factory kitchen is perfect for the experimental home chefs. With its no-fuss, freestyle ideology, the Factory kitchen explores the infinite charm of disparate materials, eclecticism, transgression and a cross between styles.

Conception and material for the Factory Kitchen

Conceived as a work in progress, the Factory kitchen offers multiple explorations through different ideas, styles and materials. This kitchen presents a constant quest for something new, refreshing, dynamic and original. A combination of something new and old, a heady mix of aged wood, Corten steel, oxidized steel, stone, brass, copper, shiny metal etc., all in a synchronized fashion with each other create a unique mood. Sophisticated finishes blend with raw and time-worn materials, redefining style and space.

Colour scheme and design

Shades like gold, green, gray blue, black and white define Factory. However, this kitchen is made with an imaginative edge, in which the combinations of the various materials, textures and colours have come together. The essence of a factory can be captured in innumerable styles depending on the space – modern, rustic or traditional.

Bookshelves that act as room dividers, blackboards, unpolished wood and ageing iron shelves stand in stark contrast to shiny new technology. With a plethora of materials, textures and combinations telling a unique story, Factory is an absolutely versatile kitchen.
