Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) will offer tickets for the India International Trade Fair (IITF) at 55 metro stations, providing added convenience for visitors and reducing on-site ticketing congestion. Running from November 14 to 27, 2024, the fair will take place at Pragati Maidan, and ticket sales at metro stations aim to streamline access for the expected large crowds. This step aligns with DMRC’s efforts to manage commuter flow effectively while ensuring that visitors can reach the fair efficiently using public transport.

The tickets will be available at major stations across the network, including hubs on the Blue, Yellow, and Violet lines, to cater to Delhi-NCR residents and outstation visitors. Focusing on accessibility, DMRC has designated stations like Rajiv Chowk, Kashmere Gate, Huda City Centre, and Noida City Centre as primary distribution points. To prevent overcrowding, DMRC advises purchasing tickets in advance from these metro stations.

The India International Trade Fair, organized annually by the India Trade Promotion Organization (ITPO), showcases products from various industries, attracting businesses, local artisans, and international participants. This year’s theme, "Vocal for Local, Local to Global," emphasizes India's push for self-reliance and highlights domestic products and sustainable innovation.
