Pune's RSIIL bags Rs 49 billion deals from MSRDC

Roadway Solutions India Infra (RSIIL), which emerged as a separate entity from Roadway Solutions India (RSIPL), announced that it had secured two infrastructure projects worth Rs 49 billion from Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC).

It was stated by RSIIL that these projects would contribute to the enhancement of Pune's connectivity and facilitate smoother traffic flow. The company issued a statement indicating that it had been identified as the lowest bidder for these projects.

Furthermore, the company mentioned in its statement that its order book had now surpassed Rs 110 billion with the addition of these new projects.
One of the projects pertains to the construction of the Access Controlled Pune Ring Road in Pune district, stretching from Village Lonikand to near Village Walti in Maharashtra, under the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) mode, with a valuation of Rs 22.51 billion.

The other project involves the construction of the Access Controlled Expressway Connector linking Hindu Hrudaysamrat Balasaheb Thackeray Maharashtra Samruddhi Mahamarg from Jalna to Nanded in Maharashtra.

Moreover, the company disclosed that aside from these new endeavors, it was currently engaged in the execution of three significant packages along the Vadodara Mumbai Expressway in Packages 8, 9, and 10.

It was also mentioned in the statement that in March, Mauritius-based and India-focused AG Dynamic Funds Limited had entered into a memorandum of understanding for strategic investment aimed at expediting growth and reinforcing the market presence of Roadway Solutions India Infra, particularly focusing on road construction and development.
