HG Infra Engineering secures Rs 7.81-billion contract for NH 47 upgrade in Gujarat
The project entails upgrading an existing six-lane road, including the construction of an elevated corridor, covering a stretch from km 0/00 to 10/170 km between Narol junction and Sarkhej junction on NH 47 in Gujarat. It will be carried out under the hybrid annuity mode (HAM) and spans 10.630 km, with a construction period of 2.5 years. Last month, HG Infra Engineering had emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) for the project, with the Ministry's estimated cost set at Rs 8.83 billion, while the company's bid was Rs 7.81 billion.
