The Trump Organisation is making its commercial real estate debut in India with Trump World Center Pune, a Rs 17 billion office project by Tribeca Developers in partnership with Kundan Spaces. Led by Tribeca’s founder Kalpesh Mehta, the 1.6 million sq ft development targets Rs 25 billion in sales. Featuring luxury offices, retail, and India’s first Trump Club, the project expands Trump’s footprint beyond residential ventures.
