Ramkrishna Forgings acquires Multitech Auto, Mal Metalliks

On Monday, Ramkrishna Forgings Ltd said that it has paid 2050 million for the acquisition of Multitech Auto Private Ltd and its wholly-owned subsidiary Mal Metalliks Private Limited.

A few examples of the parts produced by Multitech Auto and Mal Metalliks for automobiles are the assembly top cover, shift cylinder, assembly gear, differential case, differential cover, and various types of hubs.

In a statement, Ramkrishna Forgings said that it had paid Rs 205 crore to acquire Multitech Auto Private Ltd and its wholly-owned subsidiary Mal Metalliks.

"This acquisition marks a significant step forward in the company's growth strategy, aimed at expanding its product line and fortifying its presence in the passenger vehicles, light commercial vehicles, and heavy commercial vehicles segments," it stated.

The business also disclosed that it has paid 70 million to buy Mal Auto Products Private Limited.
