He also credited the state's progress over the past decade to transparent governance and policies aimed at uplifting all sections of society under the Antyodaya vision. "Our inclusive policies have fostered public trust and inspired other states, leading to a stronger mandate in recent elections," he said.
Addressing unemployment, Singh reiterated the government’s commitment to skill development and self-employment initiatives. "We aim to empower youth with essential skills and resources, ensuring no one remains jobless," he added.
Singh praised Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini as a citizen-centric leader who has introduced impactful welfare schemes. "His leadership has ensured transparent governance and tangible benefits for the people," the minister said, urging officials to maximise the outreach of government programs and ensure no eligible citizen is overlooked.
