Krystal Integrated Services Wins Key Infrastructure Facility Contracts

Krystal Integrated Services (KISL) announced that it has secured significant contracts with major Indian infrastructure organisations. The Mumbai-based facility management company has won contracts with the Airports Authority of India (AAI), Mumbai International Airport (MIAL), and Maha Mumbai Metro Operation Corporation (MMMOCL).

The contracts involve a range of comprehensive services across various critical infrastructure sectors. For AAI, KISL will provide housekeeping services at Aurangabad Airport, which will include security, safety, building maintenance, and engineering support. MIAL has assigned the company landside security services at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, thereby enhancing KISL's presence in the aviation sector.

Moreover, KISL has received an extension for its Station Attendant and Shift Supervisor contract with MMMOCL, effective from February 19, 2025. The extension will cover operations at 30 metro stations on Metro Line 7 and Line 2A, ensuring seamless passenger services.

The company currently oversees operations at 2,487 locations across India, employing approximately 44,000 frontline staff. KISL has experienced steady growth, expanding its customer base from 262 in fiscal year 2021 to 369 in 2024, across sectors such as healthcare, education, public administration, airports, railways, and corporate environments.
